PR04 - a chance to get it right?

Probably the single most important, issue regarding PR04 for our members (contractors, consultants, manufacturers and various other suppliers of goods and services) will be the transition from one AMP to the next. If you ask "suppliers" what they would want from PR04, high on their wish list would be consistency and minimal disruption, closely followed by visibility. A grudging acknowledgement, perhaps, that disruption is accepted as being almost inevitable. We have seen significant disruption at both the AMP1/AMP2 and the AMP2/AMP3 changeovers; leading, we believe, to huge inefficiencies, and our concern is that we face similar disruption as we move into AMP4.
