"ISLAMIC TERRORIST," "ISLAMIC jihadism" - these phrases resound in the public media today, echoed in print, on TV, and on websites. They have been picked up by elected officials, congressional representatives, and even by President Trump. Perhaps a counter narrative on the theology of Islam and practices of Muslims around the world on water will shed light on Islam in practice today.
