Editorial

摘要

The editorial will be brief this time, as this is a packed issue, but it has been a long time since the last one and some things have happened. In particular, I am pleased to inform you that Philippus (Flip) Wester has moved into the newly created position of deputy editor-in-chief. Since I assumed the editorship nearly five years ago, the journal has increased from four issues a year to seven. Over half are thematic special issues on critical water issues.
