Cooperate for Strong Tourism Development

"The number of tourists arriving three provinces of Hanoi, Haiphong and Quang Ninh accounts for nearly 60 per cent of the total arrivals to the northern region. However, the three provinces have not closely linked to one another for the joint development. "It is necessary to have clear cooperation agreements and activities"- Mr. Tran Van Hieu, Vice Chairman of People's Committee of Haiphong City spoke on the necessity of the joint cooperation for the tourism development in the key economic triangle in the north. As a territory located at a strategic geographical area in the north and the whole country, the economic triangle of Hanoi-Haiphong-Quang Ninh has the diversification in ecological system of mountain, plain, sea and island, with attractive sea-island beauty spots such as Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long, Cat Ba Archipelago, beaches of Quan Lan, Ngoc Vung, Vinh Thuc, and Do Son.
