Call for Editors of Urban Affairs Review Applications due May 1,2013

SAGE is announcing a search for a new editor or editors of Urban Affairs Review. The new editorial team will serve an initial three year term, beginning January 1, 2014, with the possibility of renewing the term if both the team and SAGE agree. The editorial team is responsible for soliciting, reviewing, and making decisions about all manuscript submissions. UAR publishes six issues annually, containing four to five articles per issue, as well as several book reviews. The new editorial team is expected to help implement and use the Manuscript Central submission platform to manage the peer review process. The editorial team is expected to work with the publisher to ensure timely and accurate delivery of manuscripts for publication and continue the high editorial standards of the journal. The team is also expected to work with the outgoing editors during the editorial transition.
