Pemex unveils huge find

MEXICAN oil giant Pemex has unveiled an onshore hydrocarbons discovery in the state of Tabasco, with volumes initially estimated at between 500 million and 600 million barrels of oil equivalent. Pemex general director Octavio Romero Oropeza gave details of the find at the Dzim-pona field when he joined President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador in a ceremony to mark the anniversary of the 1938 nationalisation of the country's oil resources.
