BRAZILIAN state-controlled player Petrobras has received a trio of commercial offers in a tender to contract flexible flowlines to support the country's offshore projects. NOV Flexibles finished on top with a bid worth 214.5 million reais ($42 million) to supply up to 91.6 kilometres of flexible lines for gas lift and associated equipment including pipe reels for storage, loading, installation, assembly and technical support services.
