Liberia readies round

LIBERIA is soon set to finally launch a licensing round that will open up a raft of offshore blocks in the Harper basin. Liberian President George Weah will shortly announce in his annual address to the legislature that the country is on track to the formal round on 10 April, releasing nine offshore blocks designated LB-25 to LB-33.
