A quintet of offshore contractors is set to join a preferred list of pre-qualified players that will compete for wellhead platform projects to be tendered over the next three years by India's state controlled Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), writes Nishant Ugal. Industry sources said ONGC has finalised its list of engineering, procurement and construction contractors that will be a part of the coveted shortlist. ONGC has decided on five offshore players, a source from one of the winning contractors confirmed.
