摘要

The 1-2-thiazolylazo)-2-naphtol adsorption from hexane solution onto silica gel surface was studied. The properties of loaded silica gel was investigated. The sorption-spectroscopic method of Co (II) and Zn (II) determination with detection limits 2.5 and 10 ppb was worked out. The coloured scales for visual-test determination of Co (II) and Zn (II) in the range of 0.5-1.5 and 1.16-μg/sample respectively were obtained. They were tested by Zn (II) and Co (II) determination in biological solutions.
