摘要

The fundamental especialities of the process of decomposition of the model etching solution; which containing Cu~2+, NH_3, Cl~- have been studied under the ammonia removing from the solution. The kinetic characteristics of component contents, which determine the chemical composition of solution and the phase composition of a precipitate, have been reported. It was adopted that the formation of aimed product-copper chloroxide-is accompanied by destruction of ammonia-copper complexes and occurs in two stages.
