Use of low emission heavy duty vehicles such as LEBs and Low Emission Freight could reduce running costs for fleet operators, however the lack of good quality data and robust analysis of vehicle performance makes it difficult for operators to invest in substantial replacement of their fleets with low emission vehicles.
