摘要

I know I'm prone to banging on about the need for our industry to engage with the public to tell them all the brilliant things we do, something I'm not going to do this time, I promise. But the reason I mention it is that I'm very encouraged by some of the articles within this issue which concentrate on the human being, from the point of asking them what they want from what we are doing, and finding out how they might use it.
