A flood of information

The research question we addressed is, "What types of ITS technologies are used to attain transport-flood information and what are the influencing variables on choices made?" We recruited 102 randomly-selected households in York to complete a questionnaire that was carefully designed and piloted. York was chosen because of the recent problems caused by flooding in the city.
