Certification Tests of the 215-MW Power Unit at the Pskov District Power Station for Conformity with the Standards under which the Units of Thermal Power Stations May Participate in the Standardized Primary and Automatic Secondary Control of Frequency

We present the results of the certification tests of the station No. 1 power unit of the Pskov district power station that were carried out in October 2006 and aimed at checking if the unit complies with the requirements for the standardized primary and automatic secondary control of the frequency in a power system.
