Working with the contract for project partnering

In the UK the three most extensively used forms for construction contracts have been the JCT, ICE and GC/ Works 1 contracts. They were developed over many years to suit the ever-changing face of the construction industry. It has been considered important to provide different versions for employer design, contractor design and minor works. The JCT has gone even further and produced IFC for modestly sized projects, the management form and a standard form for major projects.
