Concrete prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction for two high-rise blocks in Singapore

Singapore's Building Construction Authority has an initiative to promote productivity in the construction industry using prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC) technology. This paper outlines the pioneering approach of using a reinforced concrete composite shear wall system in PPVC technology for construction of a 40-storey residential project.
