Class 14No.D9531 is currently out of action - its Holset coupling is in need of overhaul and remedial work is required on the turbocharger bracket. The coupling from recently arrived sister No. D9537 is being overhauled for use in No. D9531 - this, and other work, should be completed later this year. The July 5-7 gala was due to feature Class 24 No. D5054 and the sole-surviving Class 15, No. D8233, which was due to perform power unit start-ups for the first time in preservation.
