OTHER MALLARD 75 ATTRACTIONS

The Great Gathering will run at York until July 17 but is just one event of a series of Mallard 75 events, of which the Prince of Wales is patron. Admission to the museum is free, although visitors are encouraged to make a £3 donation. The National Railway Museum has launched a new exhibition on the theme of speed. Entitled It's Quicker by Rail, it explores the theme of speed in railway advertising through posters, photographs and small objects.
