Thank you for the article about the Railway Mission (June). It's good to hear about the important role of the chaplains. As a lay preacher at my local church, the one sermon illustration that I have not yet used, but intend to, is the Parable of the Trailing Crossover — which says that if you want to switch from the down to the up line, you must first stop and change direction.
