Nrm-ownedO-6-2TTVR No. 28-built in 1897 at the Taff Vale Railway's Cardiff Works - will be cosmetically restored at the Llangollen Railway, then move to the Gwili Railway for display at Llwyfan Cerrig with the Gwili's two restored Taff Vale coaches. Hopefully, reassembly, albeit without cab fittings or valuable parts in position for security reasons, will generate more interest when a funding appeal aimed at returning No. 28 to steam is launched.
