Australia's largest warship arrives at BAE Systems

The largest ever warship for the Royal Australian Navy - the next HMAS Canberra - arrived in Melbourne recently, where BAE Systems will begin work on completing the vessel. The hull of the new HMAS Canberra was produced by Navantia in Spain; the remainder of the work is to be completed at the Williamstown shipyard in Melbourne, where the Victorian government has provided support in securing naval shipbuilding work which has resulted in the creation of 900 jobs since 2008.
