Thirty-five states have adopted the 2003 revisions of Article 7. That is more than were reported in last year's survey. Four states-Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and Washington-have bills pending as of this writing.rnAs in most years, there are few cases dealing explicitly with the text of Article 7. Below, those cases are reported, as well as relevant cases dealing with documents of title, warehouses, or carriers.
