Regional house building outpaces London

The largest growth in house building approvals over the past 12 months has been outside London, according to new figures. The latest statistics from industry tracker Glenigan confirm a thriving residential market, with the number of UK planning approvals granted in the 12 months to October 2013 up 31 per cent.
