Buckley Gray Yeoman has seen off competition from rivals Orms and Allford Hall Monaghan Morris to win a major office refurbishment on London's Southwark Bridge Road. The up-and-coming Shoreditch-based practice, which rocketed 17 places up the AJ100 rankings this year, has been appointed by M&G Investments to design the refurbishment and recladding of the 14,000m~2 office block in Bankside. The 'landmark' building will complete the corner of the Bankside block while delivering 4,180m~2 additional lettable floor space.
