GDP growth estimate for 2010-11 lowered to 8.4%

The Central Statistics Office (CSO) lowered its estimate for the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth in 2010-11 to 8.4 per cent from 8.5 per cent earlier. It also revised upwards the 2009-10 GDP growth estimate to 8.4 per cent from 8 per cent earlier.
