Sales for the year was Rs 8614.4 million compared to Rs 6870.4 million for the previous period of 9 months. Profit after tax was at Rs 317.9 million, after accounting for exceptional items of Rs 313.4 million. Directors recommend payment of dividend on equity shares @ 100% (Rs 10/- per share) for the financial year 2007. If approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the Dividend will absorb Rs 266.6 million. The Dividend Distribution tax to be borne by the company will amount to Rs 45.3 million.
