You can't get out of REACH

On June 1, REACH silently came into force. REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and restriction, of Chemicals. It is a regulation, which means an EU law, that will apply to all member countries from a date set by the EU Council of Ministers, with the approval of the EU parliament.
