The Institute of Textiles and Clothing of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University organised a two-day event in June for 29 of its selected undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as four former students to present their fashion collections. It was not quite a Hong Kong Graduate Fashion presentation; but it paved the way for a more united demonstration of creativity arising from formal programs of study in the city, before an audience of some 2,000 industrialists, fashion designers and others.
