Competitive Carriers Wary of Legislative, Regulatory Changes Coming Down the Pike

San Diego — Regulation and legislation currently being contemplated by the FCC and Congress will play an important role in the future of the competitive telecommunications industry, those speaking at and attending the Comptel convention last month agreed, and even traditional allies must be viewed with a critical eye. Even FCC Chairman Kevin J.
