As FCC 'White Spaces' Field Testing Begins, Proponents, Critics Bicker Over Early Results

Proponents and opponents of opening the TV "white spaces" to unlicensed devices have resumed their bickering as the FCC conducts its first-ever field testing in the proceeding.
