Reps. Greg Walden (R., Ore.), Bob Latta (R., Ohio), and Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R., Wash.), the ranking members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, communications and technology subcommittee, and consumer protection and commerce subcommittee, respectively, have asked committee Chairman Frank Pallone Jr. (D., N.J.) and communications subcommittee Chairman Mike Doyle (D., Pa.) to work in a bipartisan fashion to find a statutory resolution to the long-running net neutrality policy debate that has seen the FCC defend its varying approaches to the issue in court four times in the past decade.
