摘要

Teaching can be a rewarding profession as one facilitates learning among a group of young minds. Throughout the course of a school day an educator must do many tasks; however, no matter how well the educator is prepared, they must establish a properly managed and supportive learning environment in order for learning to exist (Freiberg, 1996). Students are most effective with high teacher expectations and tend to perform at the level that is consistent with teacher-established expectations. Holding students to high expectations can be directly related to how well a lab and classroom is managed (Good & Brophy, 1987).
