Energy risk management has lots of experience. The assessment of the quality and safety risk of raw milk is conducive to finding risk points and improving the ability to withstand risks. The data from 2007 to 2015 on the risk of forage and feed stuffs for raw milk, breeding and reproduction, disease control, feedstuff management and market circulation assessed, and it was found that the quality and raw milk was generally at a level of basic safety.
