При отклонении формы нанокристалла от наиболее энергетически оптимальной формы размерные зависимости решеточных свойств нанокристалла усиливаются.%It was obtained the expression for the Helmholtz free energy and calculated the equation of state for nanocrystal, in which there are vacancies in the lattice and the delocalized (diffusing) atoms. The calculations are performed for BCC iron under isothermal compression of the nanocrystal along isotherms of 300 and 1000 K. Were studied the change in the specific surface energy (σ), the probability of vacancy formation (ф_v) and the probability of delocalization of the atom (x_d), depending on the size (N) and shape of the nanocrystal at different temperatures (T) and pressures (P). The size dependencies were studied along two isobars: at atmospheric pressure (P = 1 bar) and at P = 100 kbar. It was shown that at T ≤ 300 К on the isotherms of dependence σ(P) there are two P-points, where the specific surface energy is independent of the nanocrystal size: σ(N) = σ(∞). At temperature growth the P-points getting closer, and at T ≥ 1000 К of such P-points on the isotherms anymore not. It was shown that at atmospheric pressure and T = 300 К the nanocrystal contains fewer vacancies per atom than macrocrystal, but at T=1000 К the dispersing of macrocrystal leads to increased probability of vacancy formation. If the size of the nanocrystal is reducing, the probability of delocalization of the atom (and the self-diffusion coefficient) increases at any pressure and temperature. Attitude ф_v/x_d decreases with the decreasing size of the nanocrystal, and at a certain size is observed subvacancional self-diffusion, in which the number of delocalized atoms is larger than the number of vacant cells in the lattice of the nanocrystal: ф_v < x_d. At the deviation of the shape of the nanocrystal from the most optimal shape, the size dependences of the lattice properties of the nanocrystal are increasing.
