US-Based Transportation & Distribution Plan Helps Canadian Company Thrive

Challenge: We worked with a Canadian client that wanted to sub-contract their US distribution operations to reduce operating costs but more importantly to allow them to focus on the core business as a manufacturer. Solution: We worked together to develop a transition plan that would allow them to continue to provide on time deliveries to their customers, which include major box stores. At the same time transition their freight to one of our warehouses where we would take over and manage their transportation and distribution operations, this included removal of their racking and decommissioning of their facility.
