In June, Slovenia launched a new feed-in law for renewable energies and expanded the validity period from 10 to 15 years. In particular, the owners of rooftop systems benefit from the new law with higher tariffs and a simplified licencing procedure. System operators can choose between the regular feed-in tariff and operation support in which case the electricity generated is in addition to the fixed tariffs used for private consumption or resold.
