New bulletins

The series of fib Bulletins ended the subscription yearrn2009, and beganrn2010, with the publication of the first three volumes of the second edition of the fib Textbook onrnbehaviour, design and performance. Bulletins 51, 52 and 53 were dispatched to fib members in January-February 2010; the fourth volume, Bulletin 54, is expected to be published and dispatched during the first quarter of 2010.
