Growing membership is our job—yours and mine, IMA Chair John Pollara, CMA, tells fellow members every chance he gets, "all of us need to be involved in this effort," he emphasizes. "We just probably don't know how effective we can be. I went for a period of more than 25 years without asking anyone to join. This past year, I asked four people, and they all joined. IMA wasn't that hard to sell. We have something of value, so let's share it with others."
