The elaboration presents results of wages and salaries distribution irregularity analysis in Poland in the historical perspective. For estimation of wages and salaries distribution irregularity used relative measures of wages and salaries diversification based on fractile and Gini 's concentration coefficient. Simultaneously, with support of Kakwani 's index and Sena's index calculated measures of level of general prosperity of surveyed populations. On the basis of conducted analysis can ascertain that irregularity of wages and salaries distribution in the surveyed period proving an increasing tendency, but the largest dynamic of growth of wages and salaries distribution irregularity is observed from the beginning of the 90s. This tendency can be noted in all surveyed sections of economy.
