The Drafting Committee for Resolutions and Recommendations reviewed a number of proposals made by Scientific Commissions and Panels at the 42nd COSPAR Scientific Assembly in Pasadena, CA, USA. The Bureau subsequently adopted the three reproduced below. The others primarily concerned details of the organization of the Scientific Assembly and were considered by the 2020 Program Committee and LOC when they met in March 2019.
