Nasa Adds 1 Year To Saic Support Services Contract

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) of Houston received a one-year contract extension worth $58 million to continue supporting safety and mission assurance activities at NASA's Johnson Space Center, the U.S. space agency announced April 9.rnThe cost-plus extension ensures that SAIC and more than a half-dozen subcontractors will continue to support NASA's international space station, space shuttle and shuttle-replacement programs through April 30, 2010. Work under the contract will be performed at Johnson, Kennedy Space Center and the White Sands Test Facility.
