摘要

The proliferation of live and on-demand streaming services has altered the "need to be there" mindset long associated with live events. For many consumers, the luxury of taking in a sports event or a concert from the comfort of one's couch has usurped the effort and expense associated with the live-venue experience. In recent years, live-event venues have adjusted their approach to the fan experience. It's no longer simply about having a ticket to get through the door; instead, there is a movement to involve the audience and evolve the premise of watching an event into enjoying a broader experience.
