Happy New Year! Nothing like the new year to inspire setting new goals of greatness. Of course reaching those goals is another matter altogether. I have been reflecting on what to say to motivate you to flip through this issue, a habit that I hope every reader has picked up by now, if not, then let me encourage you to do so in the coming year - you may be surprised. (But you do have to read Avoiding Work by Thinking about Working by Robert Schaefer, Mike Wing's guest columnist).
