First melon SOD available

French company Bionov has patented its products Extramel, Cel-lulight and Primo-antioxidant - based on Bionov 100% natural efficient primary antioxidant: the melon SuperOxide Dismutase (SOD). Bionov is the first industrial producer of natural protected SOD, a powerful primary antioxidant, from melon. "We have integrated every quality requirement of our customers for producing specialised applications - dietary supplements, functional foods and beverages, cosmetics products - to dedicated markets such as anti-ageing, wellbeing and weight management. We propose proprietary active ingredients with registered trademarks and patented processes," said Cecile Fremont, Innovative Project Manager, Bionov. All applications are science backed by in vivo, in vitro and/or clinical studies.
