Southerntier Custom Fabricators Inc. has experienced many changes in 2016. These include a new building, new product lines, a workplace organization system and a new outlook on success. Southerntier, which also goes by its acronym, STCF, is located in Elmira, New York. Company officials say it has been a success due to innovative ideas, and four important components which have carried through the years: produce a superior finished product, quick turnaround time, value-added dependable service and understanding the needs of customers.
