The sedimentary environment of Jishan sandbody is always disputed by geologists. The sandbody is in Huimin sag of Jiyang depression of Bohaiwan gasin. With the help of the theory and method of sequences Stratigraphy, core analysis, logging curves and mineral analysis and so on. This paper presents that the Jishan sandbody is turbidite facies according to the research on the sandbody. The source area is Chengning arch in the north, and the flow direction is southeast. The conditions of oil generation, Migration and accumulation are very good. It forms many kinds of oil-bearing reservoirs such as Lithologic, lithologic-block and fault-block oil reservoirs and so on.
