Triton Moves Toward Early Operational Capability

The article presents information on the utilization of the MQ-4C Triton unmanned aerial system that was developed by Grumman Corp. for the U.S. Navy that would aid in maritime surveillance, signals intelligence and search and rescue operations. Topics include the closure of the initial developmental program of the vehicle, the training of the crew to use the vehicle, and the use of automatic identification systems.
