Visitors to SGIA 2008 witnessed new developments in printing equipment, substrates, inks, and more. This recap highlights the products and services exhibitors introduced for screen printers, digital-imaging companies, and other specialty imaging businesses. SGIA 2008 opened its doors to thousands of visitors at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta from Oct. 15-18. The annual convention and exhibition of the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association showcased the newest offerings from 487 manufacturers and distributors and included equipment and supplies for a broad assortment of graphics, garment, industrial, and additional specialty printing applications. This overview puts the spotlight on products that made their first North American appearance at the event.
