Four new kits that are designed to simplify the extraction of proteins from cells and tissues are now available. Fast and easy to use, individual DUALXtract kits are available for total protein extraction, the extraction of integral membrane proteins and membrane-associated proteins, and the isolation of cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins. DUALXtract Mammalian CellTotal Protein Extraction Reagent provides gentle one-step extraction of total protein, while the DUALXtract Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Protein Extraction Kit rapidly isolates cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins from cultured cells and tissues.
